Monday Friday Assisting in the operations of the business Working alongside agents for administration support (this isnt a major part of the role) Managing the marketing of appraisals Ensuring Marketing brochures are completed Assisting with IT issues Managing the monthly meetings & office events Managing all social media platforms Arranging weekend concierge Training, mentoring & onboarding new staff Ad hoc admin support
The Candidate:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous experience in Real Estate is essential Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills The ability to keep a busy agent organised & ontime Strong administration and communication skills You will have the ability to take on this role and own it!
