Operating since 1995, our client prides itself on an outstanding reputation within the market, with the ability to provide its customers with highly competitive rates, a personable and tailored service for each individual and unique product selections.
Our client specialises in first home buyers and self-employment, with the ability to provide very tailored solutions to their customers who are in unique situations.
Your new role
This role is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and passionate sales professional, who is looking to build a career within the financial services industry.
Your day to day will consist of managing the sale and fulfilment of home loans, generating new business, and developing referral relationships, all whilst maintaining a high level of service across these relationships.
This role requires someone who can come in and harness their existing networks to self-generate earning opportunities. You will be backed by a team of experienced loan writers and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business and your own portfolio.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Cert IV in mortgage broking is required (ability to get this prior to commencing in the role if not already obtained)
- 1 - 2 years experience within the residential lending/banking industry is advantageous
- Must possess strong referral network of a few accountants, real estate agents, financial planners etc. to refer business as this is a sales based role with a high emphasis on lead generation
- Mandarin speaking advantageous but not required
