Job Description
Key responsibilities of the
- Sales and acquisitions.
- Land developments.
- Tenancies (covering both land and tenant focused work), including bespoke tenancies of public land for public sector clients.
- Land titles and land use, including easements.
- Compulsory acquisitions, including advisors work and section 30 agreements.
- Planning agreements for developers and public sector clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in property law.
- Experience across general real estate law matters, ideally gained from a top-tier, mid-tier or highly regarded property law practice.
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing, commercial sales and acquisition of property and comfortable transacting in PEXA.
- Subdivision, development and planning experience would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to further your skills across varied clients and matters.
