Job Description
Reporting direct into the CFO, you will be responsible for the following key deliverables
- M&A including point of contact for external parties
- Maintaining the M&A pipeline
- Managing the due diligence process
- Project lead including data management
- Sourcing sensitive and confidential company information
- Strong understanding of systems and processes in a similar company structure to enable explanation
- Define systems and processes to external parties to facilitate M&A
Additionally, as the activities above will not occupy a full-time commitment, experience in systems and process improvements will be highly regarded as the role will involve some degree of improvement projects outside of M&A related demands.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, it is ideal that you have started your career in accounting and then moved into the M&A space. You will be immediately available to commence in this role and able to commit for at least 6 - 9 months. If you have previously worked in the mining or manufacturing sectors, this will be highly advantageous.
