Job Description
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Craft persuasive and impactful marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and press releases.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies for better results.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and materials.
- Proactively identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and community involvement to strengthen our market position.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers for effective PR and media coverage.
- Organise and participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the marketing and communications efforts.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing and Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong sense of brand identity.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work well both independently and in a team.
