Your new role ...
- Responsible for sampling, reviewing, calibration, reporting and assisting with training new/existing staff
- Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly trend analysis and annual QA performance ratings for Operational staff
- Regularly maintain procedure documentation and work instructions.
- Contribute to risk management forums, including providing input for quality related controls and obligations
- Investigate and identify quality issues, customer complaints
- Raise corrective/preventive treatments and closely monitor to ensure they are implemented effectively
- Report quality issues to the National Operations Manager and develop strategies to improve the operational processes
- Develop training material and assist the training coordinator present that material to staff for QA identified training gaps
- Drive the ongoing review, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QA Methodology/ Framework
Your skills and experience
- Call monitoring experience is essential
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience within the banking/insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop relationships and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
