About the role
Because of their immense growth in their portfolio, an exciting opportunity has come up in one of their offices to join as a Delivery Manager. As a delivery manager data, youll bring significant passion in delivering data engineering projects in Agile methodology and working across different teams supporting delivery of technology/data led transformation projects. This includes you will be leading and facilitating Agile practices from inception through to delivery and ongoing operations. You must have a passion in building new ways of working and must have worked on projects in the data platform space especially working on AWS and GCP.

Skill Sets
You need to have the following skill sets to excel in this role:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum events using Agile practices, tools and processes and create consistency of delivery practices across the teams
- Experience in running and optimising agile delivery teams with a capability to drive effective team ceremonies including stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives
- Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies and events at the team level such as daily stand-up meetings, iteration/sprint planning, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives.
- Experience in understanding, analysing and modelling the end-to-end business and technical processes in the data platform ecosystem and data engineering space.
- Previous experience in data transformation or Business Intelligence and analytics projects is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in AWS and GCP will be highly regarded
- Mindset of working in ETL, Business Intelligence and data warehousing projects.
