Key Responsibilities:
- Provide existing customers with correct information regarding products and services
- Sell loans, Credit cards, general insurance products to personal and business customers
- Have a strong focus on first call resolution as well as an ability to talk to customers when required to
- Identify customers needs depending on situation and provide thorough details as to assessing financial needs and referring to appropriate specialists
- Ensure all personnel and training records are maintained and up to date
- Prepare, attend and participate in all weekly sales and operations meetings, coaching sessions and end if week debriefs
- Adhere to all Corporate Principles and Compliance Standards
- Ensure professional image of company is upheld and demonstrated to customers
About you:
- Strong customer service background with some form of sales experience
- Understanding of banks policies and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working with various stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
About your new role:
- Fixed shifts - Monday to Friday
- October to April - 8:15am to 4:30pm
- April to October - 9:15am to 5:15pm
- Room for extensive growth in the company
- Permanent opportunity
- Hybrid working model after 12 weeks
- Salary package: $70,000 inclusive of super
