The Centre
This EXCEEDING centre located in Lilyfield is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to be their Room Leader for their Toddler age group. This position is full-time working across a rotating roster between 7:30am-6pm with RDO's available each month. The centre follows a philosophy whereby children are seen as individual and independent beings capable of guiding their own learning and quality early childhood education is key to this. You will receive support from other educators as well as mentoring and learning opportunities from an experienced Centre Manager.
The Role
Your role will be as a Room Leader and you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the creation and implement educational curriculum leading to successful learning outcomes for the children
- Communicate positively with the children and families
- Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
- Develop and maintain high quality documentation that adheres to the EYLF and NQF

About You
To be successful in this position you must have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Childrens Check
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Understanding and knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
