Your new role:
This relationship manager will join a high performing sales team with the responsibility of managing, maintaining and developing an active portfolio of clients. You will be educating customers, assessing their requirements, identifying solutions and putting them into action.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong service delivery
- Liaising with internal credit department to seek credit checks and ensure clients needs are being met in a timely manner
- Presenting solutions to clients to service their financing requirements
- Collaborating across business channels to meet wide range of customer needs
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Prior relationship management experience - preferably within banking, asset finance or insurance
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong social skills and ability to network
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong presentation skills to deliver solutions to key stakeholders
