The role

- To provide efficient and timely technical support and service to external & internal stakeholders.
- Technical product support B to B and B to C. (Phone, online, in house
training)
- Review new products to ensure product spec is as ordered.
- New product review and report.
- Work closely with Melbourne technician to ensure alignment for product
review, rework, service advisory/bulletin and training.
- Diagnose repeated warranty issues and recommend a solution for
Improvement.
- Diagnostic support for dealer technicians.
- Assist in the development of Service Bulletins and Service Advisories.
- Training for dealer technicians on new products and diagnostics
- Review all training modules in the LMS and provide feedback.
- Manage all facets of the Brisbane facility workshop.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry an advantage
- Trade certification Certificate III in Outdoor Power Equipment Technology small engines.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Drivers Licence, Forklift licence
