Job Description
Marketing Plans
- Protect and enhance the brand image of the managed portfolio
- Develop comprehensive launch and animation calendars to drive growth across all channels
- Proactively identify gaps in the plan and propose ATL and BTL programs to activate the brands
- Ensure efficient implementation of ATL and BTL actions at the market level
- Present category expansion opportunities to retailers
- Provide monthly reports on net sales, retail sales, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager to align brand strategy with overall initiatives
- Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders for successful plan implementation
- Deliver strategy presentations to key accounts and at sales conferences
- Support sales team with in-store tools to enhance sell-through
- Lead and train Marketing Executive, setting clear goals and responsibilities
Budgeting
- Develop brand portfolio budget aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and track monthly brand spend to ensure compliance with approved budgets
Forecasting
- Support annual forecasting of new products in collaboration with Commercial and Operation teams
- Create forecast planners with performance benchmarking
- Set launch guidelines and align with A&P strategies
- Estimate prices based on global indicators
- Forecast marketing collateral needs
- Communicate forecast changes to HQ when necessary
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and accurate forecasts
Media Management
- Lead media planning and adaptation of global strategies to regional market realities
- Work with local media agency to implement media campaigns
- Track and manage media invoices within budget
Public Relations
- Develop impactful PR strategies for the brand portfolio
- Collaborate with PR agency to implement activations
- Cultivate a network of influencers aligned with brand identity
- Provide PR clippings to brand teams at HQ
Pricing
- Assist with pricing analysis and recommendations
- Update price lists in the pricing portal
- Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
- Solid experience in a brand management, category management or similar level marketing role (minimum 3 years)
- Luxury/FMCG background highly regarded
- Experience working within the relevant channel of distribution
Education: Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration
Languages: English
