About You:
You must be professional and reliable with extensive knowledge of a variety of makes and models of vehicles. You must be able to effectively self-manage your time and prioritise multiple responsibilities. A keen eye for detail and pride in your work, coupled with good communication skills and a friendly disposition will be critical to success in this role.
Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:A valid Trade Qualification/Certification and Drivers LicenseExperience with the Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia and/or Mitsubishi brands (highly desirable)An ability to comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures Sound customer service and communication skillsHonesty and reliability with a can do attitudeAbility to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
About the Role:
Our team of mobile and workshop-based technicians manage over 600 vehicles p/day across Australia, including vehicles requiring basic and log-book service, fault diagnosis and all manner of minor to major maintenance and repairs.
We are looking for Technicians who live and would service customers in and around the Hobart, Kingston, Moonah & Mornington Regions.
A Technician with Lube Mobile, will be required to:Perform service, repair and diagnostic work in line with recommendations and guidelinesProvide recommendations for justifiable additional work, with a particular focus on ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and performing at their peakCreate repair quotes and communicate these recommendations to the customerPerform tasks in an efficient, safe and respectful mannerProvide support to fellow team members as and when required
