We are excited to currently be partnering with a well established Federal Government client in helping them recruit for multiple APS6 Allied Health Consultant positions.
about your new role:

- Use your on the ground experience and subject matter expertise to advise stakeholders and providers while advocating for participants
- Work in a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Consultants from various backgrounds to collaboratively problem solve
- Represent your peers within your discipline of Allied Health to address inconsistencies between services as theyre delivered on the ground, and decisions at a Government Agency level
salary & benefits:
- $60/hr + Superannuation on an initial 12 month contract with view for extension
- Centrally located office with 2 days work from home
- 4 days a week or full time considered
- Standard business hours - no overtime or travel required!
- Use your foundational experience as a practitioner to expand into Clinical Governance work while getting a foot in the door within a Government Agency
about you:
- Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Support Practitioner, Physiotherapist or Exercise Therapist holding current registration with the relevant governing body (eg AHPRA, ESSA, NDIA, etc)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an approach founded in coaching and mentoring
- Experience working with disability funding and clients utilising assistive technology
