As they continue to innovate and excel in the banking industry, they are seeking a passionate and driven Home Lender to join one of their retail branch network.
Your new role
As a Home Lender, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams. You will be responsible for assessing loan applications, offering tailored financial solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process home loan applications in line with bank policies and procedures
- Provide tailored financial solutions to customers by understanding their unique needs and goals
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of lending products, processes, and best practices
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years of experience in home lending, mortgage broking, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded
