About your role:
- Ensure orders and invoices are processed within required timeframes
- Create factory and third party purchase orders
- Request down-payments to vendor from AP
- Email POs to vendors within specific timeframes
- Clarify customer order details with Sales when queries received from the factory
- Review and comment on accounts payable report on a weekly basis
- Liaise with logistics companies regarding the delivery details such as drop shipment or delivery to a workshop/partner for assembly
What you will need:
- 2-3 years experience in using SAP is essential
- Experience in a busy, high volume Customer Service, Administrative, Sales, Data Entry, or Claim Processing environment
- Strong administration skills & high attention to detail
- Intermediate microsoft office skills is desirable
