The Assistant Store Managers role will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure exceptional customer service is achieved.
In your role you will:Manage and complete of daily and weekly operational tasks and activitiesDrive sales performance both individual and storeDeliver genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values and expectationsIdentify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retentionAct as a brand ambassador and leading by exampleEnsure store visual merchandising standards represent the brand and optimise salesManage stock to ensure sales are optimised
YOUR PROFILELeadership and people management experienceDemonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit resultsFamiliarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing successA genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertiseKnowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivityUnderstanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management levelEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situation
