Key duties:
- Administration support to the team
- Developing agendas, managing office supplies, minute taking and distribution, booking maintenance
- Finance administration (AP/AR) where required
- Back up for payroll (training on payroll can be provided)
- Assist with the admin to onboard new employee's/contractors
- Assit being a site timesheet administrator
Skills/experience required
- Excellent administrative experience
- Transactional finance experience would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously when required
This is an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment and extension.
