We are currently seeking a strong Administrator with the component of Bookkeeping to join our well-established and close-knit team on a part-time basis, working three days a week (Monday-Wednesday) for a total of 16-17 hours. This position requires experience with MYOB, Sharepoint, invoicing/payments, and excellent email communication skills.
Your main duties:
- Process weekly and fortnightly timesheets.
- Liaise with Suppliers and assist with invoice queries.
- Support management with weekly and monthly reporting.
- Maintain employee files and ensure accurate transactions.

About You:

- Must be available to work on Mondays - Wednesdays.
