Key Duties -
- Prepare high volumes of invoices for payment
- Accounts payable duties
- Prepare various reports as requested by management
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations of financial transactions
- Resolution of invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
- Maintain all financial records and files
- Assist managers and employees with finance and administrative enquiries
About you -
- High volume invoicing & bank reconciliation experience
- Highly organised and structured with their work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite desirable but not essential
- Ability to multitask and be hands-on
- A strong team-focused attitude
This is a temp role with very high potential to go permanant and it is offering $35p/h + Super.
