About the role:
The Customer Service Representative role is a valued core function of our clients business. You will assist with the identification, processing, purchasing and despatching of client orders, ensuring accurate flow and delivery of items.
Our client prides itself on providing superior customer service and a superior customer experience!
Duties:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers
- Liaise with customers from point of enquiry to invoice despatch
- Accurate data entry and ERP system
- Provide updates on sales orders
- Prepare Sales Quotes in a timely manner
- Liaise with Site Technicians and Warehouse team to ensure orders are correct and arrive as expected
- Assist in managing inventory control
- Process orders in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements
- Produce reports for customers and clients
To be successful for this position, you will need:
- Customer Service and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Capacity to multitask and work to deadlines
- Strong understanding of computer based ERP systems
- An understanding of international import, export and logistics requirements an advantage
- Ability to work independently
