Job Description
- Conduct training needs analysis to understand the organisation retail capabilities, and how they can be maintained and optimised in the future.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and SME's to effectively conceptualise effective and accurate training interventions.
- Effectively implement T&D solutions to the wider L&D team.
- Project manage the development of T&D solutions which fit in with the organisations retail and leadership needs- ensuring they are in line with the wider business strategy.
- Review and Assess effectiveness of training interventions.
- Work collaboratively and independently with the design and digital teams for them to implement education materials.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years experience in instructional design or learning design.
- A background in retail is desirable but not essential (corporate background).
- Experience working on LMS.
- Previous utilisation of Articulate Rise and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in multimedia development utilising Captivate 9 (understanding).
- A collaborative individual with a hands on approach.
- Strong technical writer, who enjoys writing for a human centred approach.
