Location: Bentleigh / Moorabbin, Melbourne
Salary: $65K base + super
Your new company:
Our client is an established lending franchise under one of the Big 4 banks in Australia, covering South East Melbourne. A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business as a loan processor. You will be providing support to the sales manager with loan applications, credit submissions and other business support duties within the office.
Your new role
A great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to gain some quality exposure across the financial services industry in Australia. This role will align well with someone who is currently in an administrative role and looking to move into the lending industry.
- Supporting the mobile lenders with day-to-day duties
- Initiating and collecting relevant documents for loan applications
- Data entry and management of CRM systems
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet timely deadlines
- Supporting the marketing team
- First point of contact for customers relating to new and existing lending requirements
What youll need
- Strong excel and microsoft suite skills
- Good knowledge of the lending process
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working within an admin/customer service/loan processing role in the financial services industry
