We are currently recruiting for an Administration officer with experience in fast paced organisations and environments.
This opportunity is to support the functions of the every runnings of the business while playing a vital role in the presentation and impressions of the company in the view of its internal employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to quality customer service.
- Responding to general enquiries from the public community
- Communicate effectively with numerous different agencies
- Schedule and prepare relevant documentation
- Maintain efficient high quality systems for program and service delivery.
- Assist with the collection and timely reporting of relevant data, information and reports to meet corporate expectations.
- Assist the team to implement new projects or programs.
- Preparation for workshops, meetings, training sessions and other events.
- Participate in quality improvement processes as specified by stakeholders
- Assist with achievement of agreed outcomes consistent with business plans, budgets and external funding agreements
Successful candidate Experience
- The successful applicant must possess or be able to provide a National Police Check (NPC)
- A developed understanding of organisational structures, operations, procedures, values, services and objectives.
- Relevant experience in the area of community services and working with community organisations.
- Professional and warm demeanour with amazing work ethic
- A natural problem solver and ability to think outside the square
- Maintain accurate records and files and be proficient in data entry
