job detailsRandstad's Construction, Property and Engineering team have multiple vacancies for Mechanical fitters and great all round mechanically minded TA's to commence immediately in Pinkenba/Port of Brisbane/Hemmant. We are working with a great company who are rapidly expanding picking up huge long term Brisbane based projects.
The role
- Preventative maintenance of fixed plant and machinery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Site and Workshop based
- 6am starts with plenty of overtime
- Ongoing opportunity with an expanding company

What you need
Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter. You will need to be safety focused, physically fit and able to complete manual tasks.
- Trade Qualified Fitter
- Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card)
- Ability to work within a team environment and work independently
- Demonstrated experience in an engineering environment
- Experience with conveyors, motors and gearboxes
What you will get in return
