Job Description
Every day is different in the recruitment space but you can expect to:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients within the supply chain market, utilising various sourcing channels and techniques.
- Conduct active sales and business development activities by engaging with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of technical skills and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the interview process, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships, keeping them engaged throughout both active recruitment processes and longer term professional relationships
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the supply chain sector.
