Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across multiple product categories. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential target segments. Utilize data-driven insights to develop innovative business strategies and drive revenue growth.
- New Business Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, channels, and distribution networks. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and R&D, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics. Utilize this information to develop competitive advantages and differentiate our products in the market.

Experience: A proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the food or FMCG industry. Demonstrated experience in expanding product portfolios and establishing strategic partnerships.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food FMCG market, including trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Familiarity with a wide range of product categories is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. You should be able to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in a dynamic market.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A customer-centric mindset is crucial to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
