Duties ...
* Provide support to web authors and liaise with business areas for the creation and maintenance of digital web content.
*Support the Digital and Design Services Officer in the provision of visual design services for the development
of reports, newsletters, fact sheets, infographics, photo images, graphics and web content design
*Support the administration and maintenance of the websites including problem identification and resolution and the implementation of changes and updates.
*Undertake website content publishing and ensure that digital content is usable, readable, accessible, and
consistent
To be successful in this role you must hold:
* Minimum 3 years previous experience working within visual and graphic design
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
*Demonstrated experience in creating and managing digital content in a web content management system is
required
*Strong technical knowledge and experience across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (including InDesign,
Photo shop, Illustrator etc) would be highly regarded.
*Experience in a customer support role associated with delivery of information systems and services is
desirable.
* Previous government experience is highly desirable
