In this role:
- Understand your business, across the Children's needs, families, compliance, operations, and most importantly, your People.
- Support the Director in the delivery of an excellent service environment; aesthetically appealing and inspiring, educationally, and culturally engaging.
- Model creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure the ongoing enhancement and accessibility of services.
- Partner with the Centre Director positioning your service to always be aiming for Exceeding within the National Quality Framework.
- Support the Centre Director to enable the success of your service; how your service is run, how it performs, and where you want your service to be in the long term.
Your skills and personal attributes for the role
- Your commitment and passion for early learning, underpins your enthusiasm for leading, managing, and guiding your people toward excellence in the delivery of end-to-end service operations.
- You hold a completed Certificate III Early Childhood that is NQF approved,
- You hold a current working with children check (or can get one).
- You hold national police and working with children check or are eligible to apply for both.
