- Receive and direct incoming phone calls
- General office duties
- Fleet management
- Staff training bookings and scheduling
- Email triage and actioning
- Back up other administrators when they are on leave
- Utilising XERO
- Data Entry
- Create invoices and entering bills through CRM system
What we are looking for:
- Experience in construction, engineering or other blue collar industry highly regarded
- Knowledge of XERO
- Familiarity with bookkeeping
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High resilience to working under pressure
- Outgoing personality
