Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of People, Safety and Performance, as the Human Resources Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our people in the delivery of best practice Human Resources services including industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee wellbeing, employee engagement and learning and development.
You will lead and develop the capability of a small team of high-performing HR professionals.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Ability to lead and develop team members and create a positive people focused and business outcomes driven culture.
- Demonstrated experience and sound understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to human resources management.
- Proven ability to deliver people focused initiatives and services that drive engagement including change management, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee wellbeing and engagement and learning and development.
- Effective collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to engage and partner with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Ability to relate to and communicate with people at all levels to navigate complex change initiatives, drive engagement and achieve a positive workplace culture.
- Commitment to transparent, people focused and data driven decision making and with a proven ability to provide advice that is timely, respectful and fair.
- Drivers licence.
