Your new role

As a sales and service consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver a customer centric service to all stakeholders, through a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting and guiding customers with the completion of applications over the phone, with a strong focus on sales and service outcomes
- Process all applications, new business onboarding and exiting customer servicing requests accurately, compliantly and within service level standards
- Continually look for ways to improve our service offer, create business efficiencies and complete more business

Your skills and experience

- Obtained a university degree spanning across business, finance or commerce
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year's customer service experience - open to industry
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience

Your benefits

- 1 scheduled day off a month! Working hours: mon-fri (rotating roster 8am-8pm) and every 3rd Saturday
(9am-5pm)
- Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office once training is completed
