Job Description
As an L&D Administrator you will be responsible for a variety of the following:
- Coordinating training and internal events.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and delivering training in line with the organisations learning management systems.
- General reporting and ensuring dashboards are up to date.
- Assisting with budgeting on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Adhoc administration tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate(s) will have the following:
- A qualification within HR, Organisational Development or Training.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of L&D and OD functions.
- Highly desirable: HR Administration experience.
