- Enrol in an intensive training and development program to learn your craft as a recruiter
- Develop client relationships through calls and meetings
- Drive new revenue opportunities through business development
- Generate assignments and match client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
- Interview candidates using behavioural based interviewing techniques
- Guide, feed back and influence customers through the interview process; manage salary negotiations
- Manage fee/price negotiations
- Source, sell and place candidates successfully in line with client expectations
