Your new role
As a Collections Associate this position will see you play a vital role in assisting customers through a tailored payment solution to achieve overall financial positive outcome. Leave each day feeling like you have really made a valuable impact to the community. This is a permanent position with the potential career progression
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will 1 year of Collections experience
- You will have a natural ability and desire to help others and are focused on their needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- Working with large volumes in a dynamic and ever changing environment gets you excited
- You enjoy working as part of a team that is focused on helping the community
- Proactiveness, resilience and energy are just some of the attributes youre known for
- You have an empathetic mindset

- Above market salary at $82,000 package
- Want to make extra cash? Opportunity to work a Saturday, only if you want to!
- No weekend work required - core working hours are between Monday - Friday only
- Flexible working arrangements - work from their beautiful state of the art office in the heart of Parramatta and the comfort of your own home
