Job Description
- Resource availability to perform regular maintenance of infrastructure and systems including:
- Server patches, updates and upgrades.
- Firewall Management and border security capability.
- Cybersecurity analysis and remediation.
- Provide an escalation point for hardware and infrastructure tickets.
- Provide additional capability to introduce modern methods and practices to the business.
Future Projects:
- Windows Server Upgrades
- Windows SOE image and Configuration Management system
- Production and DR infrastructure re-hosting
- MFA Implementation
- Lateral attack vector mitigation
- Wi-Fi security remediation

Desirable Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time to complete projects on time and to a very high standard.
- A commitment to quality and professionalism in your written and verbal communication, including documentation.
- Expertise in various networking technologies, including switching, routing, VPN, SDWAN and firewalls.
- Expertise in various Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange & Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Identity Services, MFA, SSO.
- Experience with VMware ESX and virtual server backup & replication technologies.
