About the opportunities
Regis have multiple opportunities for Enrolled Nurses across our 64 care homes throughout Australia.
We offer Visa sponsorship, relocation and potential support to Permanent Residency, whilst developing your career with one of Australias leading Aged Care providers.
You will have at least 12 months experience as a Enrolled Nurse in Health, Primary or the Aged Care sectors and be passionate about providing person centred care to our residents. We can offer a variety of shifts (day, afternoon, evening) to suit your personal circumstances.
Duties & Responsibilities
A day in the life as an Enrolled Nurse with Regis may see you;Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessmentsComplete appropriate documentationSupport residents with care requirements inline with scope of practiceProvide oversight and leadership of the homeMotivate, lead and supervise staffComplete reporting and documentation based on requirement
Skills & Experience
As a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, youll have:Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)Knowledge and relevant experience in clinical services in a complex nursing and/or aged care settingDemonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters, and Codes of PracticeStrong verbal and written skills
Mandatory requirements:Proof of the legal right to work in AustraliaValid National Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening CheckEvidence of Covid19 vaccination Evidence of seasonal Influenza vaccinationCompletion of pre-employment health assessment
