- Strong familiarity with enterprise-level AWS services and practices.
- Development Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React) and/or Java.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively with peers and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of a range of data management technologies.
- Proficient in version control, change management techniques, and incident management.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Support the team in maintaining a viable, well-groomed pipeline of work, contributing to solution design and estimation.
- Develop software to best practice standards, including documentation and test coverage.
- Plan the software build and guide team members throughout development and testing.
- Ensure that technical documentation and specifications related to the team's work are up to date and of high quality.
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to validate viable solutions before development.
