This opportunity is unique on its own and would be suitable for someone who is currently a Senior Interior Designer or a Senior Associate looking to step up to take up leadership and managerial responsibilities. Your new role
You will provide the creative vision not just for the design team but the whole organisation. You will establish processes and practices for realising that vision, and set the bar for quality. You will also contribute to the development of brand definition and experience principles, and ensure that those are appropriately interpreted through the team's work. You will play a pivotal role in our leadership team, driving the creative vision of the company and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Project experience in the Commercial/Workplace sector is mandatory (minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the commercial fit-out industry)Have led and project managed projects from concept, client presentations all the way to completionLeadership and management experience are an advantageLeading the generation of concepts and pitching to clients working at the front end of projects in conjunction with senior designers and associatesMust be a great people person and collaborator as you will be liaising between client relations, cost managers and project managers in-house dailyYou are inquisitive, adaptable and always keen to improveBusiness Development experience is a plus but not mandatory
