Job Description
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that focus on retention and nurturing, including segmentation, personlisation and A/B testing
- Create and manage automated, multi - channel workflows to engage customers at various stages of the customer lifecyle from onboarding to post purchase.
- Collaborate with our portfolio of brands to identify retail opportunities, improve quality lead metrics and reduce churn rates
- Drive accountability of campaigns and share learnings & KPIs with key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations
- Proficient user in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Strong experience with Direct Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies & analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and develop strong relationships & networks.
- Strong understanding SPAM & Privacy & digital data laws
- Demonstrated planning skills & ability to bring others on the journey for successful outcomes.
- Ambitious and forward-thinking
