- Manage and perform the contract and sourcing responsibilities for the project.
- Acting as the point of contact for all contract related queries from subcontractors and all other external stakeholders.
- Post award management of contracts.
- Review and draft written recommendations for the award of contracts.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met so that work is completed on time and according to budget.
- Excel in managing supplier relationships.
- Providing advice on contract related queries from external and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years proven procurement contracts experience.
- High level problem solving skills.
- Claims and dispute resolution experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Tertiary qualifications (in conjunction with relevant experience) in commercial, law, construction, engineering or similar will be highly regarded.
- Based in Perth, Western Australia.
