This mostly work from home role, for a not-for-profit charitable organisation is supported by a team of experienced and dedicated Information Technology and Communications (ITC) procurement and contract specialists.

This organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Officer to oversee, manage and administer ICT agreements.

Your new role will involve: ...

- Manage and perform the contract and sourcing responsibilities for the project.
- Acting as the point of contact for all contract related queries from subcontractors and all other external stakeholders.
- Post award management of contracts.
- Review and draft written recommendations for the award of contracts.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met so that work is completed on time and according to budget.
- Excel in managing supplier relationships.
- Providing advice on contract related queries from external and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

- 5 years proven procurement contracts experience.
- High level problem solving skills.
- Claims and dispute resolution experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective partnerships.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Tertiary qualifications (in conjunction with relevant experience) in commercial, law, construction, engineering or similar will be highly regarded.
- Based in Perth, Western Australia.
