Job Description
Below is a list of the key duties across the different finance teams we are supporting:
- Monthly reporting of P&L result, Balance Sheet and cash flow to a broad audience
- Contribute to the preparation of documents to be lodged with Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) to meet corporate requirements.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, including Profit and Loss Budget, Balance Sheet Budget, Cash Budget, Capital and Staff requirements.
- Review of reconciliations of bank, suspense accounts, petty cash, inventory on hand, accruals and prepayments
- Process improvement initiatives resulting in month-end completion reduction and automation of procedures.
The Successful Applicant

- CPA/CA qualifications
- Professional Services experience, audit would be highly desirable
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Strong technical knowledge regarding accounting standards and financial reporting
