Key Responsibilities may include:
- Work with participants to collect information on review requests, ensuring a thorough understanding of the nature and context.
- Inform participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews, and the appeals process.
- Practice evidence-based decision-making in accordance with the Act, rules, Operational Guidelines, and policies.
- Monitor and manage caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within specified timeframes.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing service delivery practices, processes, and systems.
