- Dealing with local councils- working within a Tier 1 Environment
- Management of civil Packages and construction delivery
- Scope of works - Utilities, Pavements, Station and platform constructions
- Ensuring all site activities and operational delivery is performed in accordance with HSE legislation
- Planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as progress and cost reporting
- Quality Assurance of construction delivery
- Procurement
