Join a small local team, but global company as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in our team in Australia. As a key player, you will proactively collaborate with business users and analysts to analyze specifications and define, plan, and prioritize core product features. Your responsibilities include leading third-party projects locally, understanding the e-commerce market, troubleshooting global IT technical issues, and acting as a Key User in WMS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead local third-party projects, researching the local market and sharing insights with the global team.
- Visit key clients with Business Development, collect and analyze requirements, design integration solutions, and manage client expectations.
- Understand local user preferences and changes in the e-commerce market, developing a medium and long-term plan for local products.
- Translate documents to the local language and solve IT requirements for local clients.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) for major IT requirements, record frequent FAQ problems, and improve the Q&A knowledge base.
- Support the roll-out of new functions and provide local insights to develop the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Qualifications:
