Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development/localisation of assets and communication plans across consumer and retail channels to support brand, new product launches, consumer promotions and partnership campaigns. ...
Working closely with both internal (product management, social, digital, insights, retail, legal and Public Relations teams) and external stakeholders (agency partners) you will ensure the successful coordination and delivery of activity whilst ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Key Duties:
- Executing plans to support brand campaigns and launch strategy through-the-line and across multiple channels
- Exposure/understanding of digital marketing and website content management and optimisation.
- Project management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Working with third-party agencies to brief and supply creative and product assets on time and within budget
- Campaign tracking, optimisation and post campaign reporting that include recommendations for future improvements
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar position, ideally for FMCG, electronics, retail or digital media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder engagement and proven project management within in a high pressure, fast-moving business environment
- A naturally inquisitive mindset, you will be solutions and results oriented with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and formulate a plan of attack
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, together with the ability to challenge and be challenged, as this will set you up for success
