Job Description
The company is looking for a self-starter, highly-driven Quality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the products are fit for purpose, consistent and meets both external and internal technical, market and process requirements/expectations. The role will be based on site 3 days per week and 2 at home. Reporting to the Director of Operations and leading a team of Quality Coordinators. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a passion for quality, CI and excellent leadership and influencing skills, which you can demonstrate within a Manufacturing environment.
The Successful Applicant
The essential requirements of the job include:
Tertiary degree in manufacturing, production or mechanical engineering and qualifications in Quality management.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing or processing environment in a Senior Coordinator role or Quality Management Role
Familiarity with and proven ability to drive CI and Operational Excellence.
Proven experience in developing policy changes and executing change to improve efficiency and productivity in all aspects of the supply chain.
Audit Experience and familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001
