Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals
- and objectives.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through
- regular communication and meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to
- clients.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, creative) to develop
- and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed
- on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for
- optimization.
- Quality assurance to ensure high quality work being delivered which meets
- the brief, guidelines, task.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand existing
- projects.
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and
- contribute to the agency's growth.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and present regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign
- performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed
- within budgetary constraints.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts to clients.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative working environment with internal teams to ensure
- seamless project execution.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to the team for successful
- implementation.
Resource management:
- Working alongside Project Managers, allocate resources and assign tasks to
- team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and expertise.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing
- agency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in working remotely with a quiet dedicated work environment and
- reliable high-speed internet.
