- Product and Service Knowledge: Utilise extensive knowledge of banking products and services to effectively address customer financial needs.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers through their preferred channels, demonstrating a personal interest, creating self-service opportunities, and facilitating requests.
- Communication Skills: Present information effectively, both in writing and verbally, to ensure clear communication with customers.
- Performance Targets: Achieve or surpass targets related to customer experience, service quality, and operational performance.
- Multi-Tasking: Efficiently handle multiple, quality conversations across systems while upholding service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
