Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our award-winning property team working closely with the partners and senior lawyers across a range of real estate transactions. As a member of this team, you will have a focus on capital transactions, major projects (including urban renewal), structured real estate transactions and financing.
This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to work on projects from conception to fruition. The team acts for a number of major property owners, developers, government clients and financiers on all aspects of the real estate transactions with a focus on major projects.
We are looking to recruit a lawyer who can successfully manage high value transactions and is looking to diversify their practice. In this role you will work closely with the partners and senior lawyers to draft and negotiate complex documents and manage large transactions. You will deal directly with clients and have the opportunity to supervise junior lawyers.
